Tis but a Scratch! Knight - Saint George

Run away! Run away!

St. George is well known for slaying a dragon but  he is also known for standing up for the faith against the Emperor Diocletian. St. George was a senior officer in the Roman Army and an imperial guard of the Emperor, but when required to sacrifice to the Pagan gods he refused. Even when bribed by the Emperor himself with gifts of land, money and slaves, St. George refused and was tortured and put to death. He stood firm because he knew that Diocletian's worst was "but a scratch" when compared with the glory awaiting him in heaven.

LOL! Nice. Laughed so hard my co-workers thought I was choking.

Ha! Good thing you didn't actually choke...
