Ok, enough knocking the cheesy statues of Jesus with kids playing sports or other childish games. These representations do have their place (though not materially in my house!). They remind us that Jesus is not only interested in our spiritual lives, but is immersed in the whole of our human existence. That includes floating newspaper boats, playing sports and, of course, submitting LOL Saints!
