Everybody's got one!

Guardian angels are pretty awesome. We celebrate their protective role over our souls on October 2 every year, and we thank them for their tireless service. Guardian angels, like the one sent to Jesus in the Garden (an occasion we would all do well to remember this week) or the one sent to comfort Peter in prison, help man to find his salvation.

Take comfort this week, while preparing for the glorious feast of Easter, that your guardian angel is watching out for you.

The Guardian Angel Prayer

Angel of God, my guardian dear,
to whom God's love, commits me here.

Ever this day, be at my side,
to light, to guard, to rule and guide.

Amen.
