Who wouldn't want to be carried to Heaven by a couple of angels? We're not exactly sure which saint is depicted here (heck, it might be a miscellaneous saint, who just happened to be in the right place at the right time, captured by a painter forever). If you know more about this painting, please share in the comments below!

Is it maybe the Assumption? I'm just hesitant on that 'cuz I don't think I've ever seen a picture of Our Lady quite that...um, unclothed.

It might be St. Mary Magdalene. After the events of the New Testament, it was said that she went to France, lived a contemplative life in a cave, and was carried by angels to receive the Eucharist every day.

Both interesting (and very possibly true) postulations... we'll see if someone can figure this one out!
